Very kind and very professional, he went over the options with me, discussed which he thought would be best for me....when we went back to book the surgery he went over everything again for my husband, answered all his questions and more of mine.rnHe insists that you meet with a dietician, social worker and internist prior to surgery. He insists that patients be well prepared.rnI was very pleased and continue to be pleased with Dr. Klein he has a great personality and makes you feel at ease.rnI would highly recommend him to everyone, he is a very caring and compassionate physician.rnrnMay 22/07 - Day of surgery, came and talked to me and my husband, very kind and thoughtful, honestly I am glad I stayed in Ontario for this. He returns all my emails and takes the time to speak with me on the phone when I call. No question is too silly, makes you feel very safe. I am surgery phobic so the fact that I have a very genuine surgeon means a great deal.

Dr. Klein is a lot younger than I thought he was. He took the time to answer all my questions but he was intrupted may times by phone calls during our meeting. The wait in the waiting room was very long. He was pleasant and seemed to understand my concerns and issues that concerned me. rnrnDr. Klein referred me to Dr. Sullivan on March 8th, 2007 and I met Dr. Sullivan on March 14th, 2007 in Toronto and I have my surgery on March 29th, 2007 at St. Joseph's Health Centre at 12 noon. I will be on the third floor and should be there for up to 4 days.

I was seeing Dr Klein for about a year and a half when I was fast tracked to Dr sullivan. rnrnI had my last appointment with dr Klein in August 2006 and I was approved for surgery. I was told my sugery would not be until Fall 2007 but that I could be fast tracked to a new surgeon in Sept 2007 if I was interested. Heck Yah' I am interested. rnrnI got the call in September to see Dr Sullivan. He had been a surgeon for quite a while but was starting a lap bariatric team at St Joe's hospital.rnrnBoth Dr's Klein and Sullivan did my surgery and I have been amazed ever since. rnrnDr Sullivan is only taking patients with a BMI under 50 (to start with anyway). He was great. Through and Freindly! I would reccomend him to anyone.

Post-Op: Dr. Klein has been absolutely wonderful! The surgery went off without a hitch and he has been great at follow up. A few times that I had a question post-op he called me back the same day. He came to see me in the hospital on Saturday and said that the surgery went off without a hitch. I had MINIMAL pain (I was off pain killers by the time I left the hospital) and am SO glad that I chose to have surgery in Canada. Dr. Klein is an amazing surgeon and a wonderful man.rnrnJune 25, 2005 - First impression of Dr. Klein was great! I just met with him this past Thursday. He was very personable and answered all my questions. The office staff wast great! Only issue was the wait - I was scheduled for 2pm but he was late from surgery so I didn't get to see him until about 4:45pm. Even though I'm sure he was there long after he should have been - he didn't rush me. He took time to answer all of my questions!

Dr. Klein is great. He is very understanding to your situation, but he is also very honest about the surgery. His stuff is excellent. I have called them several times and they are always very helpful and nice.
Dr. Klein and Denise (dietician)emphasize aftercare very much. It is extremely important for long term success.
