Dr. Warnock has it all very together. He knows his \"stuff\" and has been operating for a long time. I have recommended him to others. Dr. Warnock emphasizes aftercare and maintenance as the ultimate goals. My husband and I have both been very pleased with him, my care, my surgeries, and my maintenance.
My first impression of him was that he was completely caring and competent. I felt at ease with him and felt like he listened to my questions and answered them well. rnrnThe office staff is wonderful and courteous.rnHe truly emphasizes aftercare and encourages the patient to start making changes before surgery. He encouraged me to bring my spouse to the support meeting, WHICH WAS EXCELLENT, and very moving, and gave us ample opportunities to address any concerns or questions.rnrnBoth surgical competence and bedside manner are important, and Dr. Warnock has both in abundance. He puts you at ease, even if you are nervous about surgery.
My first impression of him when Imet him was that he was nice, to the point. Informative and not an ear tickler but a very attentive person to my need. Once I saw him at a support group meeting. HE knows all of his patients and has a story he remembers about them all which is so personal. He is a christian man and I believe God sent me to him. I have been praying for help after sweating to the oldies and not getting anything but larger..I gave up. But I still prayed and I heard his commercial on the radio and decided to give my pcm a call for a referrall and it all started there when they asked me who I wanted and they agreed that Dr. WArnock is for me. He really says that success comes from listening to instructions and following them. I will know more about him after my surgery but for now, I have heard him called and ANgel in Cowboy boots. So far it fits.!!
I had my first consultation with Dr. Warnock on September 8, 2006. He is a very gentle and kind man. He let me know all of the risks and was very compassionate. My first appointment was scheduled for 5:00 PM on a Friday. At first I thought I would be rushed in and rushed out. (Everyone wants to go home at 5:00 PM on a Friday, rght?) I did have about an hour wait in his office but when I did get in to see him I did not feel rushed. He took his time explaining the process, the surgery, and its risks to me. I hate Doctors but I do look forward to my next visit with him and my next step towards a new life.
My first impression was awesome. I thought Dr Warnock was a great man. I have come to respect him. His staff was a great help with everything from before to now. He was so clear on the after care of my surgery I was very happy with all the information he had given me. Before surgery Dr Warnock was very clear on all the risk that the surgery could have very clear on the whole proceedure. Both his surgical competence and bedside manner were great. If i had to do it again I would.
I read many reviews of Dr. Warnock before I selected him as my possible surgeon. One of the first things that impressed me was that he would meet with patients at the close of a business day. I was concerned that I would be rushed in and out because at that point it would have been a long day. He was extremely relaxed and friendly and not rushed at all. I was a little surprised that he gave me so much time to tell my story and did not quickly move into a \"canned speech\". He was able to address all of my concerns and I believe that he has concern for his patient.
Kathleen SchwedlerrnBonham, TexasrnrnFrom the day that I met Dr. Warnock, I knew that I was in good hands and that he was in good hands. I have never looked back. I had my open RNY on June 16, 2006 and I feel that I am making great progress. Dr. Warnock is very professional and explained all of the risks of this surgery. He also goes the extra mile. I give him the highest rating that can be given. I would not and do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering this surgery.
