I have not yet had my surgery, but I did have my first appointment with Dr. Hould and I can say that he is intelligent, friendly, and so personable. I felt so comfortable with him, we discussed many various things regarding my decision for surgery, my lifestyle, etc..and not once did I feel he was judgmental. He left me feeling very confident in his ability to perform my surgery very well. One thing he said during our appointment will stick with me forever. After discussing risks of complications he said, if you choose to have this surgery and you are having it here, I want you to know that you will become part of our family, and we take care of our family. Whatever you need, we won't let you down. I look forward to doing another review in a few months once I have had my surgery.
