I had my surgery ON march 19 2008 with DR.BRAITHWAITE. HE IS THE BEST. He is inrnWinthrop Hospital now. I would follow him anywhere. He is very caring and there for you, If you need him.rnIm doing very well after the surgery. Your the bestrnDr. Braithwaite.

Dr. Brathwaite is the most kind, compassionate surgeon! His bedside manner is beyond compare. I went through a very rough, scary patch in the hospital, but as soon as Dr. \"B\" came in and explained what was happening all my fear disappeared. Dr. \"B\" has a structured aftercare program, he address all the risks involved, I give him a big two thumbs up!!!!! His surgical competence, bedside manner are great. I would definitely recommend him to anyone considering surgery.

Dr. Brathwaite appeared confident and honest. Two traits I need my surgeon to have. He provided us with very clear to understand statistics abou WLS and willing to answer all questions during and after his WLS presentation.rnDr. Brathwaite had an excellent bedside manner. His staff in the hospital and at his Patchogue office are fantastic. No complaints.

My first impression of Dr. Brathwaite was that he was very knowledgeable and very nice. I was impressed with how much he knew and you could tell that he loves what he does. So far his office staff has been nothing but nice.

I cant even put into words my impression with Dr. Brathwaite. He is everything that I wanted in a surgeon. The office staff is very tolerant. I call and call with questions and no one ever complains. There is nothing I didnt like about him. Others should know, that you should at least meet him, you will never go with anyone else. I cried in his office one day and he was just compassionate and sympathetic. He really does a thorough job in explaining before and afters. He addressed every aspect of wls & surgery in general. Dr Brathwaite is wonderful. he is honest and informative. the staff however like any oher doctor office consistantly overbooks appointments. other then that they are a great practice!!!

My Surgeon was a god send to me. he was my angel. He has hands of gold. rnI was amazed at how he handled my bad situation and made it perfect. rnrnEvery one at the office is wonderful and very help ful. all supportave. always remembered you when you came in to have checkups. rnrnHe will never turn you away. never feel embaressed with him. His bedside manner is wonderful. rnrnthe aftercare is wonderful. they supply you with everything you need. rnrnHes highly recommended by me. rn

He is the most wonderful surgeon ever. Kind, compassionate, sincere, nice, intelligent, and respectful do not even begin to describe this wonderful man. I only have very small incisions, which are actually almost healed and it has only been three weeks. I have had no side problems, and this is a testament to his skill as a surgeon. His staff is wonderful and very helpful. I would rate him as a 120 on a scale from 1-10. rnrn The profile page says to include negative things about the surgeon, that no one is 100% in all areas, but I don't have anything to say that is negative. Quite honestly he worked with a medical insurance that pays pennies on the dollar for me, he went to bat for me personally. For this surgeon it is truly about his patients, not the money. Dr. Brathwaite is a wonderful man. From my personal experience there is no better doctor.

This is a surgeon that I thank God each and every day that I found. By a stroke of luck, I was having a pedicure, lamenting on the fact that I had a very unpleasant encounter with another surgeon who was rude and intimmodating. And next to me, was another customer who was waiting for a massage in the spa. She told me about her doctor, Collin Brathwaite and how happy she was with him. I called him the next day and set up an appointment. The rest is history. I had complete confidence in him. During my operation for gastric bypass, he removed a hernia and built-up scar tissue. I feel like a new woman. He is my hero. He is caring, sensitive to his patients and makes you feel secure in puting your life in his hands. God bless this man.
