Archana Ramaswamy Bariatric Surgeon M.D.

Dr. Ramaswamy is very thorough and has an excellent bedside manner. Her staff is awesome and the hospital stay was very positive. University of Missouri Hospital was where I had the surgery

Surgery is December 21 and so far Dr. Ramaswamy is amazing! She is very good at explaining everything to me in "normal" people terms. She takes her time and doesn't rush. Very friendly and her demeanor suggests she truly cares about me and my journey. She ROCKS!

My first impression of her was wow she looks so young, as we spoke she showed her knowledge well.The staff at the office are the greatest anything you need they are willing to help you.I had to get some testing done and one of the test in particular had me a bit worried they were putting me to sleep for it and she came in and calmed my fears with just talking to me a bit. She covered everything there was to cover about the surgery and now I cant wait to see her on the 21st in the OR

I've only had one appt with her so far but I thought she was great! Easy going, around my age and easy to relate to and we had a good time joking around....rnShe was very down to earth and matter of fact about the surgery and treated me like an adult who had researched my options and understood what I was doing.

My first impression of Dr. Ramaswamy was I thought she looked too young to be a Doctor let alone a surgeon. After that visit and the next couple of visits I realized she is a very nice and compatent Doctor. She did a wonderful job with my surgery. I have had almost no problems. I wouldn't think twice about having Dr. Ramaswamy do my surgery again.
