Dr.Chaux and Dr. Franco work as a team with their assistant Claudia. They were and still are wonderful. They were very upfront about everything and were concerned about all details. Aftercare has been very meticulous. This office is incredible! Dr. Chaux does speak English, but Dr. Franco and Claudia do not. That is the only draw back for a non-Spanish speaker. I am fluent in Spanish and have family in Bogota where the surgery was performed so it did not cause me any setbacks.
