I am on my third week of sleeve surgery and all I can say about Dr. Trang is he is one of the BEST Doctor's ever!! I love love love him! he made me feel comfortable from the first time I met him and through the whole surgery process.I will continue treating myself with him and recommend him to anyone who is interested in having sleeve! Thank you Dr. Trang!
I didn't know what to expect going to the seminar butDr Trang was so thorough and informative that I could barely come up with questions to ask. He doesn't sugar coat things! I am one year out now and I love him even more. I have had some bumps in the road and he was always willing to pick up the phone and calm me down. Helped me understand everything and always made sure I was not just losing weight but staying HEALTHY!! It isn't about making money to him- he loves helping people and cares about the patient. He is also a perfectionist which makes me very comfortable. His personality and his skills as a surgeon/doctor make him priceless in my book. It isn't easy to find a doctor you are extremely comfortable with but he has never disappointed me.
The pre and post program are extremely thorough. They are difficult but it is major surgery. Everything about their program is structured. Einstein Bariatrics seems to have an amazing program. It has certainly been successful for me.
I went from a size 26/28 to a size 8 in one year. I am down 145 pounds :)
Met Dr Trang at the information session that the hospital holds. He always tells it like it is and is like that to me to this day. Personally I like that he is blunt and to the point but I guess that could be the only fault that one could come up with. Dr Trang explains everything to the T. I never came out of a meeting not knowing what i was getting into. He explains everything beautifully. The office staff there could not be any nicer. Never had a problem and even help me fight with the insurance company. I would and will recommend Dr Trang to anyone who would like to get a RNY done.
i had my surgery on June 8,2009 and it went great, my twon week appointment i lost 22lbs.and was so happy
DR TRANG IS THE BEST HE HELPED AND ASSURED ME THAT EVERYTHING WAS GOING TO BE JUST FINE. HE WAS SO GREAT TO ME THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS. HE HAVE THIS YOUNG DOWN TO EARTH LOOK AND HE WAS MOSTLY LOOKING OUT FOR MY HEALTH AND WAS IMPRESS WITH THE WORK I WAS DOING TO HELP THE WEIGHT LOSS ALONG. HE LET ME KNOW OF ALL OF THE RISK AND HOW I HAVE TO KEEP ACTIVE AFTER THE SURGERY. WHILE I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL HE CAME TO CHECK ON ME TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS GOOD WITH ME. I JUST SEEN HIM FOR MY 3MOS OUT CHECK-UP AND EVERYTHING IS GREAT. I DID HAVE A LITTLE SETBACK BUT THAT WAS ON ME BUT HE WAS GREAT THROUGH THE WHOLE THING. I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT DR TRANG HE IS THE BEST EVER.
My first impression of Dr Trang was he was down to earth,very nice man and I felt comfortable with him.My impression of him has not changed because I still have to see him for my first visit after my surgery.The staff everyone very nice.Be yourself don't be afraid to ask question because he do not have a problem answering them.It's very serious so if your going to get it make sure that you are going to stick with it.He was straight forward about the risks,I would rate him he's very good at what he does A+++rnI think both.
I had been to many seminars, but felt quite comfortable listening to Dr Trang, he got my attention and he was very humble and eager to answer any questions. I went through all the office visits and counseling. I have a date set for 09/14/2009 - a bit nervous but I am ready to welcome change in my life.. I am ready to work hard to earn real results...
