Dr. Aaron Bornstein, Bariatric Surgeon Aaron Bornstein, DO is a fellowship-trained bariatric surgeon sharing his surgical expertise with patients at SSM Health Weight Management Service in Fenton, Missouri. He earned his medical degree at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and went on to complete his residency and internship at SSM Health Saint Louis University. He then fellowship-trained in bariatric surgery at Orlando Regional Medical Center. Dr. Bornstein is a member of the American College of Surgeons (ACS), the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons (SLS), the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgeons (ASMBS) and is accredited by the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP).
