Zola Lander Bariatric Coordinator R.N.

I am presently the Bariatric Program Cooredinator for Memorial Hermann Hospital Southwest. I am developing the Lap Band program here, then adding RNY gastric bypass to the services we will offer. I recently was the nurse coordinator for The Methodist Hospital Weight Management Center in Houston, Texas. I am also a patient. I had my laparoscopic RNY gastric bypass surgery four years ago (4/30/04). I have lost a total of 210 pounds and loving it!!
Helping patients who are struggling with obesity issues has become my passion. I enjoy watching people progress on their journeys to better health. I like to think I assisted in guiding folks on their journeys.
