Swedish Covenent Hospital Bariatric Center
I went and saw Dr. Nazarian yesterday for my intake session. My first impression of him was very positive. He is somewhat quiet and kind in his nature. He has extensive experience and a stong background in this type of surgery. He answered all my questions and I felt very comortable with putting my life in his hands. He made me feel relaxed and at ease. I also felt that he had a sincere heart for this business and was not just doing it to make a good living. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in this type of surgery.
I was very impressed with Dr. Nazarian and his staff - Especially RICK MARK - he is awesome. I am in a unique situation: I am a military wife living overseas in Okinawa, Japan and the Dr's staff were so helpful and worked out all the obstacles we faced with my distance.
I would rate Dr. Nazarian a 10 - his surgical competance was fantastic!
He is an interesting man. His office staff
ranges from nice to grumpy depending upon the
day. I was told that I would have surgery
in several different hospitals before one was
settled upon. Diane was terribly helpful
the entire time with all of the hospital switches
Dr. was very nice to me at first, but never
went to my domestic partner to let him know
that I was out of surgery and alright. That
kinda bothered me, because my DM was very
worried after 5 1/2 hrs of surgery. Dr. also
seems to really care, but there is little to
no assistance, aftercare, or support from his
office. [at least for me, i am an exception
I guess because of dual offices caring for me]
I was told by the hospital staff however,
that he is thought to be one of the best
surgeons in So. Cal. and one of the ones that
everyone wants to work with.
