The Surgeons Group of Baton Rouge Bariatric Center
My first impression of Dr Hausmann was was great. He was friendly, and ready to answer any questions that I had concerning bariatric surgery. I felt comfortable with him from the beginning.rnrnHis office staff is WONDERFUL! Amy is an insurance negotiator like no other she loves digging her heels in and making them \"Pay\"! Josette is also an god-send. She has plenty in common with Dr. Hausmann's patients. She has also had bariatric surgery, so when she says \"I understand\", she really does. She is definitely a people person! You can tell that both of these ladies love their jobs.rnrnDr Hausmann believes in giving you the best care possible and was very informative about the risks of surgery.rnrnOverall I would rate him a 100!rnrnIf you are looking for a doctor in the Baton Rouge area, I highly recommend looking him up and visiting him. You won't be sorry you did!
My first impression of Dr LeBlanc was No one is this happy all the time but he is. The staff are excellant and go above the call of duty to help you. I love Dr LeBlanc, he saved my life. He sees me every 3 months unless I need him. All I can say id Dr LeBlanc and his staff are wonderful and they did everything that was possible to help me and they still do. His office holds support meetings once a month.
he was very informative and knowledgeable.rnBEST OF ALL HE HAS A GREAT BEDSIDE MANNER. He seems to really care about his patients, I had some problems with pain after surgery and he never made me feel like I was crazy or a burden to him. he would come everyday sometimes twice a day to see me and tell me \"we just want to get you better\" And he's also had to put up with my husbands corny jokes!rnEveryone in his office is great. They are really attentive and there is not one time Ive called and someone has not gotten right back to me.rnHis greatest, that's been through this whole thing is Dr. H's nurse Amy she help to take care of my whole approval process. She has a special place in my heart!
Dr. LeBlanc is a top notch surgeon. My Lap RNY was scheduled for 2 hours and I was only in surgery for about 1 & 1/2 hours. He is knowledgeable and caring. His staff is wonderful, namely Amy & Josette. No matter how many times I called they were ALWAYS caring and helpful and if they had a bad day, I never knew.rnrnWhat confirmed to me that Dr. LeBlanc was a wonderful guy and surgeon was at my pre-op appt. They were running late and were obviously very busy. He walks in with a huge genuine smile on his face and says ,\" I am so sorry about your wait. Today is my follow up day for (WLS) surgery and I just talk too much and enjoy seeing everyone post op.\" I could see he truly does this because he loves helping people and enjoys seeing their successes. Thank YOU Dr. LeBlanc.
My first impression of Dr Leblanc was wow!! What a down to earth guy!! No frills, straight to the point kinda man! His office staff was really nice! Even the office manager came out to introduce herself to me,now how many Drs offices do you go and get introduced to the manager. They were all so friendly and down to earth also. I think anyone who is interested in a surgeon for WLS should first see Dr Leblanc. He has a great program at Our Lady of the Lake in Baton Rouge. He seems very compitant and knows what he is doing. Sometimes its not always about quantity, but the quality thats important!! Over all I rate him a 10+.
The first time I met Dr. LeBlanc, I was very impressed. He explained the 3 different types of procdures performed for WLS (lap band, gastric sleeve, and RNY). He has lots of experience which made me feel safe in his care. He took the time to answer all the questons I asked and his up beat personality and sense of humor eased my anxieties. Also, the office staff was very nice and very helpful.
