I cannot praise Dr. Baranov or his staff enough for the professional and caring nature in which they handled my case. They explained every aspect, followed up, and gave me the tools to succeed with no surprises. Saratoga Hospital staff was top notch from begining to end.

I have been a patient of Dr Baranov for the last 6 months. I had my surgery last week. Dr Baranov has been amazing this entire journey. He is extremely knowledgeable about the process and takes the time to explain if you are not understanding. I can’t wait to continue my weight loss journey with him and his staff.

I highly recommend Dr. Baranov and his team. I just had surgery a week ago and could not be more pleased. I became a patient of his in March and he recommended Wegovy to me to begin my weight loss journey. I had confided in him that I was a little afraid to inject myself. He was so kind and stayed with me until I gave myself the 1st injection. His staff are all both professional and caring. I had to postpone my surgery due to a family issue and his surgical scheduler was so kind and rebooked me immediately after my family situation resolved. After the surgery, Dr. Baranov came to talk to me to make sure I knew what to do when I was discharged. You are in good hands with Dr. Baranov and his staff.

Dr. Baranov and his team were amazing through the entire process. No nonsense, told me what i needed to do and it worked. They handled everything through every step of the process, from insurance to setting up testing and labs. I’m very happy with my decision. I’m off all blood pressure and cholesterol medicine now and my bmi is in the normal range. I went from weighing 220 at my first consult to 136 currently! I love him!!

Dr. BARANOV office and staff has been wonderful to be a patient to. Dr. Baranov is very precise in his patractice. He is very straight foward but don't let that deture you. They will talk to you and be sure you are comfortable about your whole journey. You can call them and get answers usually when you call or within a reasonable time. I had the sleeve done and very happy with it. No pain and never needed any pain meds in the hospital. I recommed to follow everything they tell you to do and you will do great. Highly recommed their practice. I have given a 4 because I have just started my new jouney. I am sure I will give them a 5 by the time I have completed the process.

Dr. Baranov’s program came highly recommended and I have not been disappointed! Care and attention to detail have been superlative, and his team is available to help with all steps in the process. The surgical experience was so much better than I expected and the aftercare has been manageable and fairly easy to follow.

Side note… the psychiatric evaluation and clearance part of the process pre-surgery has connected me with a therapist that I’m really happy with and intend to utilize going forward… so grateful for all the support of Dr. Baranov’s team- truly high quality!

I just had my gastric bypass 5/10/2023. I started my journey in Feb of 2023 weighing in at 271 the day of surgery I was 235. I did a lot of research before finding the right doc. I choose Dr Baranov and I’m so glad I did him and his group are amazing. Always there to help and answer questions so happy with my choice of doc and having the surgery.
