I had VSG surgery with Dr Alejandro Gutierrez at Mi Doctor Hospital on 01/09/18. I had a fantastic experience! Dr Gutierrez met with me before surgery, spent time answering what little questions I had and took time to reminisce with me about my time coming to TJ back in the 1990’s and how much it had changed! He is so kind and relaxed. My surgery went very well and I’m happy to report that between pre-op (12/26/17) and today (02/16/18) I’m down 30 lbs. Thank you Dr Gutierrez, Mi Doctor Staff and MBC for a chance at a better life!

Dr Osuna is the best surgeon ever! My experience with her is just A ++++. My surgery went so smooth and after I literally had zero pain or discomfort! I was sleeved February 2013 and I have had great success with my weight loss! BW 211 CW 142. If Dr Osuna sees this I want to say thank you ???? so much for your professionalism and concern for me ! I already posted a review with Dr. Alejandro Lopez, but Dr. Jacqueline Osuna also performed the surgery too. I booked with aLighterMe.com and the experience was fantastic. At first I was hesitent about travelling to Mexico, that is why I choose to go to a tourist destination. Overall both surgeons were very empathetic and handled my surgery with care.

I had my VSG at INT Hospital in Tijuana on 7/8/10 with Drs. Jacqueline Osuna-Rubio and her husband, Dr. Lopez-Ortega. I couldn't be more pleased with my treatment there. The hospital was clean, professionally staffed, and the doctors were wonderful. They each visited several times a day to check on me and answer any questions. The nurses, although they didn't speak much English, were very kind, skilled and attentive. I've never had such wonderful care in a U.S. hospital.
My surgery went very smoothly, I'm a week out and doing fine, back at work part-time, and ready to start my new life!

Dr. Osuna and Dr. Ortega were wonderful andrnthere assistant Edwardo was especially helpful in making sure everything flowed very smoothely. They sent me home with all necessary knowledge for a successful recovery and their staff has called to answer any questions I may have. I feel thatrnmy surgery was a blessing and that I made the right decision for me.

Dr. Osuna is a very nice person and an excellent surgeon. She told me about the risks of the surgery and gave me a lot of helpful information. Her staff is great, they were patient with all my questions and requests. Their aftercare is also very organized. I totally recommend Dr. Osuna to everyone.

Dr. Osuna was awesome! Very intelligent, very professional and very human. She explained to me the operation, and answered all of my questions. The operation went well, I had no complications. I recommend her very highly.

When I first met Dr. Osuna and her staff I knew I was in good hands. She was very professional and caring. Her staff was wonderful, they made me feel like a queen while I was there. I would highly recommend Dr. Osuna.

My first impression of Dr Osuna was incredible, she is intelligent, dedicated and honest. Her staff also did an excellent job. She explain me why the sleeve gastrectomy was the best for me and she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. It was a great experience and I have not had any complications.
