I start with 265 pounds and now my weight is 154 pounds. rnrnSince the dead of my father I keep his labor helping people like Us. If you was a patient of my father and have any problem related with fills, nutritional or pain, please contact me at my email [email protected]. We have a medical team trained by my father to help you in Monterrey and Tijuana. rnrnBe ware of some Doctors that are suggesting the replacement of the band, please, take a second opinion. Is FREE. My best wishes for all, keep losing weight.
Just as a note, Dr. Zapata never was a partner of my father. In fact, my father don’t support the practice of Dr. Zapata because on several occasions, got to come some patients lying in their pre-op report and not being candidates for the lapband, and Dr. Zapata agreed to operate them without following the directions and guidelines. And I have a DVD where Alma and my father talk about the issue of such patients. The last team of my father was: Dra. Susana Rodriguez, Dr. Luis Carlos Cantu Treviño.
My first impression of him was this is the most caring, sensitive, kind man I've ever met. Up until his untimely death I thought this. His entire staff were the same way. I can't say enough good things about them. I would rate him and his partner who has taken over now, Dr. Zapata as top notch. I enjoyed the intelligence of him plus his wonderful bedside manner. He gets a 10 in my book and his staff, Alma, and Evette as well.
Dr Sanchez is in Monterrey Mexico. I was scared at first, but he and his staff is very professional, attentive, eager to make you confortable and safe. My first impression of him was what a wonderfun person. He always greeted me with a hug and kiss on the cheek. He taken all the time I needed to answer all my questions and reassure me that I would be taken care of. Dr Sanchez informs you about the aftercare and he always available by phone. I would rate him at the very top of the list of surgeons as well as a great human being. His cridentials are superior and no one should fear using Dr. Sanchez.
Dr. Sanchez and his staff did everything possible to make me comfortable and answer any questions I had. His staff went out of their way to accomodate me. I would recommend him to anyone. The Hospital was very nice and clean and the guest house was comfortable. I live in Montana and did a very detailed search into all surgeons in MX and checked all credentials and Dr. Sanchez is the best.
I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT DR. SANCHEZ AND HIS STAFF. I WAS COMPLETELY PLEASED WITH ALL THEY DID AND TOLD ME WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE HOSPITAL WHERE THE SURGERY WAS DONE - VERY MODERN, CLEAN AND STAFF VERY ACCOMADATING. AS FAR AS THE SURGICAL COMPETENCE, BEDSIDE MANNER -- YOU COULD NOT ASK FOR ANY BETTER - THE HOSPITALS AND DOCTORS IN THE STATES COULD LEARN ALOT FROM THEM. I CAN'T SAY THERE WAS ANYTHING THAT I DID NOT LIKE ABOUT THE WHOLE ORDEAL. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO DO - AND TOOK CARE OF ME FROM THE TIME WE LANDED - TILL THEY PUT US BACK ON THE PLANE. IF YOU HAVE ANY HESITANCY - JUST ASK--- THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AND THEY WILL HELP YOU THROUGH ANY SITUATION. IT WAS AWESOME -- WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY!! MELISSA SAXON
I saw him as sincere and jolly and his response to me was piece of cake ,in fact that was the last sentence I heard before going under, all the team said piece of cake as if they just learned this american term. I did not hear any risk factors at all. A little too routein feeling like assembly line but in a mock family setting. I think the doctor was as good as any American doctor doing this procedure. Remember though, he has at least 3-6 a week so a lot more practice. I don't know what the future holds cause I am only 3 weeks Post op. As far as aftercare goes, you need to ask questions otherwise you will get usual papers and diet sheet, telling what to do. You are not pushed to come back for follow up or fills but you could do that you are told about the great plastic surgery prices and encoraged to check that avenue out. Really I think our US doctors are the same as far as wanting to make the money but here it is disguised way better. So is it really any different? As far as the hospital, it was beautiful and very comfortable. Nurses were nice and never seemed annoyed to be called to the room . Very modern (except computers were 10 years older than ours) but who cares the attention to me was great. Each one of my doctors came by to check on me and gave me a thumbs up . I would recommend this Dr Sanchez because he is good at what he does and he takes on the patient that the other doctors wouldn't either because they are too heavy or not heavy enough. I like that he lets you decide what is best for you
I went through Ready 4 a Change with Dr Rodolfo Sanchez. Everybody was wonderful and very helpful. All of my questions and concerns were addressed immediately and appropriately. My surgery was 11 months ago and I still read and post on the website. I know that if I need anything, help is just an email away. Dr Sanchez has a great bedside manner. I have a few pictures of me and him the day after surgery, that I will cherish forever. My husband is from Mexico and speaks spanish. Dr Sanchez talked with him for awhile as I was getting ready for surgery and made him feel at ease. I would recommend Dr Sanchez to anyone!!
My first encounter with Dr. Sanchez involved him coming up to me, with his arms open wide wanting to give me a big hug. I was totally taken off guard. He was very friendly and I hugged him back. My impression did not change much over time. He was very confident, yet laid back. He was much more personable than most American surgeons I know (I work with them... I know them).
His staff was super nice. Alma is the patient coordinator and she is terrific.
Just remember - if you go to Mexico, brush up on your Spanish. There were not as many English speaking people there as I had expected.
