I was introduced to Dr. Suh several years ago when I started my journey in weight loss surgery. Unfortunately. I had lost my medical coverage and had to start over again with my new insurance. I was very pleased when I was told that Crown Bariatric was the where I was going and Dr. Suh was going to be my doctor again.rnrnDr. Suh is a very patient caring medical professional that I believe has his patients best interest in heart. As a nurse myself, I can see the caring that he devotes to his patients.

Dr. Suh is the most wonderful man. He gave me such a secure feeling going into surgery. rnAfter the surgery he talked with my daughter and explained everything to her that went on with my surgery and how I was doing. Prior to the surgery he answered all of my questions, as well as my daughters' questions too. I never felt rushed or pressured when I was talking to him. His staff is also very helpful and supportive. They are always available for questions.

Dr. Suh is extremely professional. He is a quite man as far as his demeanor but he takes the time to describe in detail the procedure and what it takes to be successful. Dr. Suh's staff is helpful and do things in a timely manner. This is suprising to me due to the high volume of patients I have seen in his office.

I found Dr. Suh to be professional and friendly. He seemed a little pre-occupied, but I assume he was very busy. He didn't rush me through the appointment, and answered all of my questions fully. I really enjoyed his seminar as well. It was informative, and he took a great deal of time at the end answering ALL questions.

Dr. Suh was approachable and extemely knowledgable as a bariatric surgeon. I felt all my questions were answered. His demeanor is shy, quiet and unassuming which may lead people to think he is not a competant surgeon. This couldn't be further from the truth. He has the lowest complication rates for any of the bariatric surgeons in southern California. An excellent surgeon and I would recommend him to others seeking this surgery.

Attended Seminar in Aug 08, RNY Oct 08. Can't believe what a smooth process this was, the office staff is excellent, very helpful and caring. Dr. Suh is the utmost professional, had me in and out of surgery in less then 1 1/2 hours for RNY and gallbladder removal. He specializes in this procedure and knows what he is doing, everyone told me he is the best, and that is why I choose him. I had surgery on a Tuesday, home on Thursday, no complications at all, weight is already coming off. FIVE stars!

surgery date was 10/6/08 and so far all of the staff and the surgeon have been very heipful.

Dr. Suh is very professional. I trusted him because he was reserved and informative. He did not boast or brag... his GBS patients did all the bragging for him! Office was small and simple. Staff was pleasant. My insurance is with Kaiser so I had to complete 24 weeks of classes and then get my referral. He expects his GBS patients to comply with the structured diet and follow up appointments. Group meetings are recomended. We were given informative brochures that covered surgery risks and complications. He is a doctor, not a friend. His bedside manner is fair, but his surgery skills are just awesome! I would highly recommend Dr. David Suh and Crown Surgery Center. A+

The more I see him the more I realize just how good of a job he's done! rnHis office staff, especially Michele are good people, well informed and caring.rnAs with any surgery, you need to be informed and then folow the Doctor's protocal.rnHe pays for the support groups!rnHe explained the risks of surgery and we were given a check list of do's and don'ts prior to surgery.rnI would give him, his stall, the hospital and everyone that helped me, believed in me, provided care to me, supported me and my decesion....all 100%rnHe's a Doctor, his Surgical Competence comes fiirst. He cares about his patients and his manner is that of a good Doctor! No complaints from me! rnI have NO complaints. I went in totaly informed, trusted my Doctor and his staff and followed protocal. I got exactly what I wanted!

When I first met Dr. Suh I thought he's to young to be a Dr. But started talking to me asking me questions I said yup he's a Dr. after that I knew he was the Dr. for me. I could ask him what I needed to know and he would let me know the truth. I did have a little trouble with the staff because they have 2 offices and them telling me the wrong offices and them saying they didn't, but they were very helpful specially Mo. I would recommend Dr. Suh to anyone because after the surgery I never felt like anything was done to me, I had very little pain if any.
