I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Brown and his office staff. They are wonderful people and care a lot about you. He took the time to answer my entire questions pre-op and did not make me feel like I was just a number or wasting his time. He recommends you going to 4 nutrition classes and to join the support group after surgery. I would have to agree now, because in these classes you learn so much information that helps you along the way. Anytime you called the office you have such wonderful feelings after you got off the phone. This office staff and the doctor were very helpful and understanding. I was nervous about getting approved through my insurance because they felt I did not have enough problems to have the surgery. Then when the office called in only a week after my first visit I was shocked. She told me I was approved and I could not say a word. This was the best thing I have ever done in my life. I would recommend him to anyone having the surgery.
