All of the staff are very friendly and make u feel very comfortable.

I met Dr. Greenlee for the first time today I think he is a wounderful and skilled surgeon. I have not had the WLS yet I have it on March 24,2008 I will write more about Dr. Greenlee then.

My Surgeon was Dr. Josh Steiner.... First of all I didn't know a whole bunch about him until our first \"interview\", he had just come highly recommended by many post-op patients and I knew that I had to choose him. My first impression of him was....\"hey he is not half bad on the eyes\", and then after that I found him to be warm and caring, had tons of personality and just seemed to really care! So far my impression of him has not changed, well unless you take into concideration I still think he is just AMAZING!!! He made me smile after surgery when he came in the room and said, \"hey there rock star\". He answered all the silly questions I had and never made me feel like they were silly. He was kind to my husband the day of surgery and really is just an overall GREAT man! I feel very lucky that he was my surgeon and I wouldn't trade it for anything! The staff at Saint Joseph East are the BEST....they took great care of me, my exercise physiologist, Billy, even came by to make sure that I was getting up and around on the Bariatric Floor. The nurses at the office have been great as well.... a few days after I came home I had some horrible pains on my left side, I called and explained that I had what appeared to be a lump sticking out of my side. The nurse went and tracked down Dr. Steiner and he had me come in 15 minutes later. It ended up just being the muscles were a bit aggrivated but I am just soooooooooo blessed that the staff and my surgeon put their patients first!!!

I would just like to say that Dr.Neighbert took me in under his care as a transfer patient. My Doc(Dr.Randell Bolar) moved to Tenn. in May 2006. I would like to say that Dr.Neighbert has saved my life. I meet with him and he is a very nice man, i love the staff and i think they have a better program that Bolar did. St.Joe East is a great hospital and they do have wonderful care..........Thanks Dr.Neighbert and satff...................Vickie R.

Dr. Steiner is absolutely wonderful.

I thought he was a very nice man. He seemed very knowlegable, and nonjudgemental. I've only had 1 post op eval with him and my opinion is still positive. He seems generally interested in my aftercare and wanting positive outcomes for me.

Dr. Steiner is the best! When he says you are in it together he means it and will stick by you. He is also very honest, if he doesn't know he will tell you he doesn't know instead of guessing. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I was scheduled to have Dr Greenlee but instead I opted for Dr Steiner. He was a blast. A Dr with a true bedside manner. He is positive, encouraging and most of all very talented. He knows his trade and I would have him do my surgery again if I needed it. He is very helpful ,covers all the questions and makes the patient feel like they are a human being. Thank you Dr Steiner.

From the minute I met Dr. Steiner I was completely comfortable with him! Dr. Steiner is an amazing person, very careing and very confident (which is great when you are alittle afraid) he is an amazing surgeon and has a wonderful bedside manner! Dr. Steiner made my husband and I very very secure and answered all the question we had, no matter how silly they seemed even though I have called a dozen times he has been very polite and concerned, (even when I called during surgery time his surgical nurse called me right back) for all these reasons and more I am glad I made him my choice! If for any reson I should have to have this done again Dr. Steiner will definitely be my surgeon of choice!!! If you are loking for the best surgeon out there then I think Dr. Steiner is definetly the one!!!! As for the staff at Lex. WLC I am very pleased, they have all been very helpful. I have made several visits and mare than my fare share of calls and no matter how many times I call and ask what I would think is a silly question I have always gotten a quick responce, and no-one there has made be feel silly, (even when I called Amanda 10 times in a week lol). All in all, I think the staff is great and I think Dr. Steiner absolutely wonderful and *easy one the eyes* dont hurt either!! :)

My first impression of Doctor Steiner is that he is a doctor that doesn't mess around with assumptions. He is a very detail-oriented doctor. Very concerned, caring, and aware of how the patient perceives him.rnrnMy impression of him has remained the same. He has provided excellent care. His office staff, as well, is wonderful. Their whole team has been a pleasure to work with throughout this surgery journey. I always know they have my very best interest at heart.rnrnWhat I liked most about Dr. Steiner? It's hard to say. I liked so many things. But I guess I most appreciate the fact that he kept my mind at ease. He never said anything to make me question my decision of choosing him. He reassured my family, too, and that's important. He's very thorough. None of my concerns were left unaddressed.rnrnOverall, I would rate this surgeon with 5 Stars. ***** If you're someone looking to choose the right surgeon, consider Dr. Steiner. You will be impressed!
