New study: staying even moderately fit may help you live longer
Those who keep even moderately fit while they age may live longer than the out-of-shape, according to a new study.
The study centered on close to 4,400 healthy U.S. adults. It revealed that the roughly 20 percent in the group who had the lowest fitness levels were twice as likely to die over the next nine years as the 20 percent with the next-lowest fitness levels. Click here for full article.
