'Finally living for the first time in a long time'

For nearly three decades, Lynn Blanco's body was her enemy.

A sexual assault in college left her feeling as though her body had betrayed her. She didn't take care of herself. She gained weight. She felt unhappy in her own skin.

But now Blanco, president and CEO of the Rape Crisis Center for Children & Adults, is working to change that. She has lost weight and is training to run a marathon.  Click here for full article.
