Obesity rates are still high in the US

Americans are getting fatter and that could create a health crisis as baby boomers begin to suffer from the health effects of being overweight.

But people of all ages are struggling with obesity.

Fifteen-year-old Maria Clemente and her father Robert are fighting fat with surgery.

"It is a real struggle to do things in general,? Robert said. ?Walk up and down the street, sit in a chair, go on airplane, get on a train."
