Question:
Online classess interfering with surgery date
This question is to the person who said that she was worried about being able to finish her online classes as she has a surgery date. My question is this: Where do I go to find online classes. I've been toying around with it for a while and I know this isn't on subject - Please forgive me, but my curiousity is getting the best of me and I'd love to beable to make my dream come true while I'm off of work on disablilty. If you could e-mail me with some information I'd appreciate it. [email protected]. Thank you. — K T. (posted on July 9, 2001)

Hi, I attend a local community college and I know they offer certain
courses (usually about 10 per semester) over the internet. The classes
range wildly but Im sure if you called student services at a local
community college, they could helpyou out. Plus, you could qualify for a
grant, I do and it pays for my entire tuition, books, and a little left
over for what gas and whatever. At first I was deadset about going straight
to a four year college, but geeze..look at the money Im saving! Good luck!

I was the one who posted the question about online classes...
I attend online classes at Park University - www.park.edu and they have a
good program. Click in the distance learning button on the homepage and
then click on the internet courses button. It will take you to the
internet information page. You should get all the info you need from
there. They operate out of Parkville, MO
There is also a place called St Leo College that operates out of Florida.
THey are a little expensive, but worth checking out as
well...www.universityalliance.com.
