Online classess interfering with surgery date

This question is to the person who said that she was worried about being able to finish her online classes as she has a surgery date. My question is this: Where do I go to find online classes. I've been toying around with it for a while and I know this isn't on subject - Please forgive me, but my curiousity is getting the best of me and I'd love to beable to make my dream come true while I'm off of work on disablilty.
