Hi, I wanted to pass along some information that I found on the web. www.PersonalMD.com will send you a medical information card for your wallet with your doctor's name & phone #, Family contact & phone #, Blood type, organ donor, Allergies and medications. Under the medications I listed Gastric Bypass-Roux en Y. You can receive this card for "free" and any medical emergency personell can get your information by calling a phone number and using your ID that is listed on the card. Thanks Cheri!. My doc gave me a wallet card with a picture explaining RNY and a note about being very careful with NG tube insertion. I'd like to get a card for all my family members, expecially my 16 year who is allergic to pencillin. Lou Ann

Thanks for the information. Even though I have a medic alert braclet I think the card is a great idea and I've signed up for it.
