Hi, I wanted to pass along some information that I found on the web. www.PersonalMD.com will send you a medical information card for your wallet with your doctor's name & phone #, Family contact & phone #, Blood type, organ donor, Allergies and medications. Under the medications I listed Gastric Bypass-Roux en Y. You can receive this card for "free" and any medical emergency personell can get your information by calling a phone number and using your ID that is listed on the card. I felt this was a very good thing to pass on and hope it helps everyone. Cheri
