Question:
Anyone have trouble with numbness in their fingers?
I'm 15 months out and I have terrible numbness in my fingers. It comes and goes. It doesn't matter if I'm cold or hot. Sometimes it's just a few fingers. Other times it's all 10 fingers. It can last a few mintues to half an hour. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help! — Kimberley D. (posted on February 13, 2004)

How have your blood test been coming out for B-12? I did some research and
numbness in the fingers can be from not enough B-12 or B-6. If you have
not had a resent blood test, you may want to have your pcp order the test,
and check your Vit B12 count. Good Luck

Please have your B12 and your B1 (thiamin) checked. ASAP. Those are common
deficiencies in our population, along with iron and calcium.
