Anyone have trouble with numbness in their fingers?

I'm 15 months out and I have terrible numbness in my fingers. It comes and goes. It doesn't matter if I'm cold or hot. Sometimes it's just a few fingers. Other times it's all 10 fingers. It can last a few mintues to half an hour. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!
