Question:
Do good dreams mean bad things??

I have been having really good dreams about my surgery that after my surgery i get up and walk around like nothing ahas happen. I was always told that good dreams mean bad things are going to happen. My only fear about this surgery is dying so young and leaving my son and huband behine. Should I just look past this??? I am having surgery in 19 days    — Kristin K. (posted on February 6, 2002)

Good dreams DON'T mean bad things are going to happen. I'd say your positive dreams reflect your attitude about the surgery. Perhaps all it means is that you are comfortable with your decision and are going to go through with it without excessive fear or worry. Good luck!

Kristin - I agree with Beth. Take it as a good sign. Good luck!

Oh for Pete's sake, Kristin. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar! (Students of Freud all just smiled!) It means you had a dream! That's all! And regarding the risks; morbid obesity is a risk. All I can tell you is that at 6 mos post-op, all I am at risk for now is two broken legs as I kick myself in the *ss every day for not doing this 10 years ago. Go for it! You'll be fine!

I agree with the previous posters . It is just a dream , good or bad. Now if it were something like dropping a spoon , a sure sign of bad luck , I'd really worry ! Or is it a fork ?It could be a knife ? See what happens. Just leave through the same door you came in through.LOL

I wouldn't think your dream is a premonition one way or another unless you are John Edward (:
