Do good dreams mean bad things??

I have been having really good dreams about my surgery that after my surgery i get up and walk around like nothing ahas happen. I was always told that good dreams mean bad things are going to happen. My only fear about this surgery is dying so young and leaving my son and huband behine. Should I just look past this??? I am having surgery in 19 days
