Does anyone know of organizations that help with patient costs for surgery?

I have to come up wiht 300 dollars for the psy eval. That has to be done before the surgen will send for approval. THEN>>>>>> I have to come up wiht 600 for the surgen before he will schedule the date.. I need help.. I am on disability and dont have the extra money [email protected]    — Tina B. Call your local Vocational Rehabilitation office. They have approved people and paid for entire surgeries. Tell them your weight is affecting your ability to work and you need assistance for co-pays. You probably can even have them pay for the psych eval and use that money for other much needed expenses. the number to Florida Vocational Rehabilitation office is 1-800-451-4327 Call and ask for a local office number.
