Does anyone know of organizations that help with patient costs for surgery?

I have to come up wiht 300 dollars for the psy eval. That has to be done before the surgen will send for approval. THEN>>>>>> I have to come up wiht 600 for the surgen before he will schedule the date.. I need help.. I am on disability and dont have the extra money [email protected]
