Anyone used either BlueCross

Have either of these two policies...BlueAdvantageEntrepeneur - -a group plan, or Trustmark--individual policy ever been successfully used to pay for WLS. Julie, I was denied by BCBS Blue Advantage. I have called prior to the appointment with the WLS surgeon and qas told that if it was medically necessary that they would cove 100%. But after the appointment I was denied and was told that it was a listed "Exclusion" and they would not cove it at all.
