Question:
I was approved Dec. 17th, but still no surgery date.

Hi Guys, it has been 16 days and I still havn't received a phone call back from Addison for a surgery date. I spoke with three of my freinds and they all called Addison when they got their approval and talked with the scheduler and received there date within 2 or 3 minutes. I have called several times and others have called for me. I havn't even received a call back. Well, any ideas?    — C S. (posted on January 2, 2000)

Hi Carin, I just wanted to congradulate you on your approval. I am so happy for you. My only advice would be to keep calling his office or if you live close go in person. Good luck Carin and keep in touch.

Find out what day and time the person who schedules surgeries is in, if it's the surgeons office nurse she may only schedule surgeries on days doctor is out of the office and in surgery. Then ask to leave a message to that person that you will call on that certain day for your schedule surgery date. Then call try to be first call of the day if she comes in at 9:00 call at 9:05..
