I was approved Dec. 17th, but still no surgery date.

Hi Guys, it has been 16 days and I still havn't received a phone call back from Addison for a surgery date. I spoke with three of my freinds and they all called Addison when they got their approval and talked with the scheduler and received there date within 2 or 3 minutes. I have called several times and others have called for me. I havn't even received a call back. Well, any ideas?
