Question:
Has anyone used the Tony Little Gazelle for at home exercise.
I am scheduled for open ryn on April 14th. I know you are supposed to walk, walk and walk somemore when you get home. Has anyone used the Tony Little for this? I don't have a treadmill and hope this will do as I know how important the exercise after surgery especially to prevent blood clots which is one of the things I really worry about. — Maureen M. I have one. I can't do walking or other exercises because of my knee
injury/surgery. I like it very much. We have the Elite which is better
built than the extreme or other models. It holds up to 300 pounds. I use
it all the time. My husand uses it for his aerobic workout in his body for
life program.

Yes, I just got one and absolutely love it! I feel like I am getting a
good workout without the impact and this is the first time that I have
really enjoyed exercising.

The only problem that I had when I would exercise on the gazelle is that I
found that since my feet were stationary they would become very hot on the
bottoms and feel like they were going to catch on fire! I personally enjoy
the treadmill with the same type of arm exercisers attached to it. I can
do this at low pace, or get up to high pace.
