I need a WLS friendly PCP in Hampton/Newport News, VA that takes CIGNA

Because of a job change my insurance has changed as well, so now I have to start from scratch again. I am looking for a WLS friendly PCP (Family DR, Internist or General Practice doc) in the Penninsula VA area who takes CIGNA.
