I need a WLS friendly PCP in Hampton/Newport News, VA that takes CIGNA

Because of a job change my insurance has changed as well, so now I have to start from scratch again. I am looking for a WLS friendly PCP (Family DR, Internist or General Practice doc) in the Penninsula VA area who takes CIGNA. My last doc was going to approve me for surgery but no longer takes my insurance.
