Question:
Just an FYI on fast food

I know, I know. I avoid fast food also, it's like a drug to me I think. I avoid it like it is at least. BUT, there are times when you're on the road or in a rush and you have no choice. I've seen the posts and read the emails. And I wondered myself. So, if you check out the December issue of muscle and fitness magazine you will see a section on fast food, which foods are the best choice if you have to and which are the worst even when they want you to think they're the best. Thank you so much Gary!!! I am always wishy washy about what to eat at fast food restaurants. Anyway, thank you again. BTW I work for a lawfirm in Fort Worth Texas. Law Offices of Steven C. A lot of peopl have to eat on the road, it is good to know what are the better choices. I usually get a chicken taco at taco bell, mandarin chicken salad at Wendy's, or if I am really decadent I get a whopper junior, throw away half the bun and eat about half of what is left. I also almost always carry a protien bar "just in case".

Wow, Gary, thanks! I eat on the road too. Sometimes it's unavoidable, and sometimes you just have that yen. So I'm not perfect. That's not news to anyone who knows me!:) This is really valuable info to have. I try to look things up on the internet, but who can remember that stuff 2 months later at a drive-thru? I try to collect pamplets with that info, but most of the time the employees don't know where they are, they don't have them, or I can't keep track of them! This will be really good to have on hand. I'll have to buy an issue just for that, and maybe laminate the bugger! Have a great weekend!
