Question:
8 months post op, how many calories should I be eating..........
I am filling out my goals on Fitday.com. I am wondering how many calories I should be eating a day to continue weightloss?? I am 5'4, 179 lbs. I'd like to get down to 140-145. My weightloss has slowed down considerably and I am trying to keep track of what I am eating. Can anyone give me some advice as to what my caloric intake should be? You can email me if that would be easier. — Kim B. (posted on August 12, 2002)

I now eat about 1500 calories a day but at that time I was eating about
1000-1200 calories a day. I also had a major slowdown at about that time so
I upped my protein to 100 grams a day and tried to drink more water and eat
less carbs. Hope that helps!

According to my surgeons chart, at 8 months you should be having 1000
calories a day.
