Question:
Need tips to help this along!

Hi I started out at 346lbs (5'6") in six weeks I have only lost 34lbs I had lap RNY... please oh please give me diet tips, excerise tips etc... Our diet plan allows us carbs a pretty decent amount... should I cut them out? Also I have only been walking... any excerise that burn more faster.. I am terrified I won't be able to get a lot of this weight before the "tool' is no longer useful!! HELP PLEASE.. I am faithful to my diet!! tips: move even when your sitting down..move something..wrirte the alphabet with your feet...circle your arms....cut down on ALL WHITE PRODUCTS...up the protein but not too high..dont wana damage kidneys...drink lots of water...(use crystal lite if you need to) and try to walk or exercise 10-20 min every day..at least... Relax and have fun...jacki

I've found by lowering my carbs and replacing it with protein I drop an average of 3 pounds per week. I'm 5 1/2 months out. It seems like other then possibly too many carbs, your doing great!! Your averaging a weight loss of more then 5 pounds per week!!! And it won't be coming back!! How many times can you say that???
