Its a individual thing and not only does it depends on your age and body
but what you feel is acceotable. Plastic surgery for skin removal is only
paid by insurance when its medically necessary, to fix rashes or chafing.
Ultimately its up to you. Some folks loose 15 pounds of skin from plastic
surgery, which can help aching backs and such. You will probably just need
to wait to see how you look after the big loss. In any case you will be
much healthier and better able to go thru surgery once you loose all the
extra weight.

Some NEED plastics to obtain a normal appearance and posture. Some WANT
plastics. Some just don't. You can keep yourself very well nourished with
water, protein & vites and exercise, as you mentioned, and you will
have done your part. For some, that is enough. I've seen women in their
40's after 4 kids, who had nothing left but a tiny pucker of belly, like
would not even fit in a cereal bowl! And some young girls with no
pregnancies who end up with a huge hanging sack. Genetics, nutrition,
hydration, exercise---it all works together. My belly was immense,
genetics. But the rest is OK. Not fabulous, but OK. I could go on cutting
& lifting and tightening, but eventually, I just have to let aging go
on. So, there are so many components. Don't be afraid to lose weight,
"in case" you might not end up as Barbie. Most likely, you will
be fine, and so busy enjoying your energy & how you look in clothes
that you won't even notice any imperfections.
