what happens to the extra skin?

I am worried about the extra skin, I dont want to have another surgery to get rid of it... I am apx 270 now and my surgery is scheduled for dec 18th my goal weight will be apx 130-140.... what will happen with the extra skin ???? the tummy, the arms, etc..... i plan on excercising but will that be enough? help please
