Question:
Can anyone help me with a good eating plan?
The good new is I've lost 73 lbs., the bad news is that I've been on a plateau for over a month. I'll be honest (gulp), it's been a "no-brainer" thus far; I've been eating whatever I want or I should say whatever I can. So, I know what I need to do......find a good eating plan and exercise. Sounds easy right? Well, like so many of us, I detest exercise (but of course, will do it anyway). Any advice on a good eating plan that includes more than just fish or chicken? Also, is that "designer protein" from GNC good (and healthy)? Not complaining here, just realize I need to get serious (haven't had to "diet" in so long) and your help has always been appreciated! I use designer protein. I like the natural and the strawberry I mix both
with tangerine diet rite and a little OJ. Sometimes a few strawberries.
Tastes good. I believe it is one of the reasons my skin and hair look so
good and I feel so good. I take it 2times a day. I also go to weight
watchers , my leader knows and understands my surgery. (her husband is
seriously thinking about it) My primary emphasis is on protein after I eat
my protein then I eat what ever I have room for. I take my protein
supplement in the morning and at night. I cleared all this with my doctor ,
also I take vits, calc , and iron. Ask your doctor whats best for you. I
really have never had a long term plateau. I have about 7 lbs left to goal.
I hope this helps you.
