Has anyone been approved by Cinga PPO in Philadelphia, PA?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has been approved by Cigna PPO in Philly? Right now I am still researching but in a month I will have Cigna PPO. I'm not in PA I'm in Ohio but I do have Cigna ppo and I was approved 2 days after my doctor sent in my papers no problems no fusses. Good Luck
