Question:
I bought some vitamins but don't know how much to take to absorb enough.

After reading posts on how to keep from losing your hair, I went out and bought Biotin, Beta Carotene, and B Complex vitamins. However, I don't know how much to take to absorb enough. Hi Kelly, Those are questions you need to be asking your doctor, he needs to know everything you are taking, and only he has the right to tell you how much of each to take. Linda

Get plenty of PROTEIN, in shakes or red meat. GNC and other nutrition stores have protein products. that will keep your hair shiny and from falling out. Also protein does not make you mal nutritioned, and cause your body to smell.!!!
