I bought some vitamins but don't know how much to take to absorb enough.
After reading posts on how to keep from losing your hair, I went out and bought Biotin, Beta Carotene, and B Complex vitamins. However, I don't know how much to take to absorb enough. Each bottle says to take 1 a day, but I know we would need more. How much of these do you all take a day? Kelly Parham, Open rny distal 6-30-2000, -40 pounds
