Aetnas CPB 157- Multiple Disciplinary Program

I am wondering if anyone has been approved by following the 3 months of requirements that Aetna now offers? My surgeons office has never had anyone approved so I want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row when I submit for insurance approval next week.    — *Malena* M. (posted on June 22, 2005)

Hi there, My name is Lisa Jackson and I live in Fayetteville, GA .. YES.. I WAS APPROVED BY USING THE 3 MONTH PRE-REGIMENTORY PROGRAM FOR AETNA INSTEAD OF THE 6 MONTHS LIKE MOST INSURANCES.. ( CIGNA, BCBS, UNITED HEALTHCARE) .... If you have any questions... Please do not hesitate to E- mail me My physicans office does it all the time.. Dr. Champion.... 770-425-5525... Make sure, make sure... that AETNA is still covering the surgery and there has been no exclusion placed on the policy... Make sure the rider is good ... ( your employer has to purchase this for the surgery to be covered ) I had to fight like He-- to get my surgery paid for as they placed an exclusion on my policy .. but, you can and will be approved using the 3 month pre- surgical dietary regimen...
