Question:
Does Cigna cover LBL's and TT's?

I was just wondering if Cigna covered TT and LBL I am a year post op and down 130 lbs. I think the last 15-20 lbs are just extra skin so i'm starting to research this. Any imput would be wonderful at this point!! Thank you!    — Karen D. (posted on September 23, 2004)

I've heard of a few people who won appeals to get them, but it has to be medically necessary. One person got it to solve back problems. Another had recurring rashes and infections. It doesn't hurt to try, but Cigna is a bear to deal with.
