Does Cigna cover LBL's and TT's?

I was just wondering if Cigna covered TT and LBL I am a year post op and down 130 lbs. I think the last 15-20 lbs are just extra skin so i'm starting to research this. Any imput would be wonderful at this point!! Thank you!
