Question:
Was wondering if you eat more at this stage?
Hi, I am 4 mths. post-op and I tend to eat alot more at meal times now. I know that the more solid foods you eat it is suppose to feel you up much quicker, and sometimes it does, but some things I can finish the whole thing, or maybe I'll eat some, then a couple of hours later, I eat the rest of my food. Solid foods are still hard for me to eat sometimes so, I stick with alot of soft foods and alittle solids at times. So, I was wondering if this is a normal process at this stage and you are suppose to eat more at one time or not? Thankyou for your guys help!!!1 — Melodee S. (posted on May 20, 2003)

a lot of posties find that between 4 and 6 months that their volume of food
increases - some quite a bit. Just make good food choices and eat until
you are comfortably full (no more than 15 to 20 minutes though) and you
should be just fine. I'd really suggest you try eating more solids though,
as dense foods fill you up better and last longer :>) Just my 2cents.
