Question:
Has anyone ever been approved, then denied through compass with Aetna insurance?

I have been working with the Compass center. I was told I was approved in May, they made my plane reservation and scheduled me. Then 2 days before my flight they called and said there was a paperwork error with insurance and that they would reschedule me in another week. A month later they just sent me an email saying I was denied by insurance for reasons that did not make sense to me. And now they don't respond to my questions. Did you check with your insurance to find out why you were denied? I went through Compass (or Images at the time) and they were good about emailing me back. Who is your rep with compass? Try calling them instead and tell them you would like to speak to someone who can give you some help. It may all boil down to your insurance company. Try them first. Email me and let me know how it goes.
